मै राजू विश्वकर्मा उम्र 28 वर्ष पिता स्व0 रामदेव विश्वकर्मा ग्राम डेवटन पंचायत खेरसान पोस्ट कहुवाई थाना गांवा जिला गिरिडीह झारखण्ड का मूल निवासी हु! और हम वर्तमान में मजदूरी करते है मेरा हँसता खेलता परिवार मेरे साले और सास ने बर्बाद कर दिया है | 

मेरी घटना यह है की मेरा विवाह हिन्दू रीती रिवाज से कोडरमा जिला के मरकच्चो प्रखंड के नावाडीह-2 निवासी स्व0 सरयू विश्वकर्मा की पुत्री रेखा देवी से हिन्दू रीती रिवाज से 10 फरवरी 2010 को हुआ था, शादी के बाद हम दोनों पति पत्नी खुश थे, हमारे बीच छोटी छोटी बातो पर कभी कभी नोक झोक होता था इस दौरान हमने अपने दाम्पत्य जीवन का एक लम्बा सफ़र तय किया इस बीच हमें चार बच्चे हुए जिसमे दो की मृत्यु हो गई, और दो है एक मेरी बेटी 1 पूजा कुमारी, उम्र 8 वर्ष 2 रिया कुमारी उम्र 3 वर्ष है! 

हम पूरी तरह खुशाहाल थे, और पति पत्नी बीच किसी भी तरह का कोई विवाद नहीं था, हम अपने ससुराल के पास ही अपना दूकान ग्रिल दुकान दिए हुए थे जिसमें मेरा जेनरेटर, ड्रिल,वेल्डिंग मशीन, इत्यादि के साथ पलंग, इनवर्टर, और घर का सारा सामान के साथ वही पर रह रहे थे और अपनी पत्नी को वही रख रहे थे, कुछ दिन बाद हम वहा से अपने घर चले आये इस दौरान हम अपना सारा सामान वही छोड़ आये, जिसके कुछ दिन बाद मेरी पत्नी मायके गई, जिसके बाद मै अपनी पत्नी को लाने घर गया, जहा मेरे साले राजू ने हमें अपनी पत्नी को लाने नहीं दिया, हम अपना सामान मांगे परन्तु वह सामान भी देने से इनकार कर दिया, जिसके बाद हम घर वापस आ गए घर आने के बाद हमने गाँव के लोगो से बात कर के पंचायत करने की बात कही और हमने 12 जून 2014 को एक पंचायत करवाए जिसमे दोनों परिवार को हिदायत दे कर उन्हें रजि ख़ुशी से एक साथ रहने की बात कही गई,

 और पंचायत के बाद वो फिर अपने तरफ से पंचायत कारवाई परन्तु फिर भी वो वापस नहीं आई जिसके बाद मेरे साले और मेरी सास ने मेरी पत्नी से जबरन मेरे ऊपर 498(a) के तहत कोडरमा न्यायलय में मुकदम दायर करने से पूर्व अपने वकील से वकालतन नोटिस भेज कर मुकदमा दायर किया, और इस तरह मेरे ससुराल वालो ने मेरी जिन्दगी बर्बाद करने के लिए मुकदमा किया, इसके बाद हम उनलोगों को यह बोलते रहे की आप लोग अपनी दुश्मनी के कारण मेरा घर परिवार बर्बाद कर रहे है, आपको क्या मिलेगा मेरा घर बर्बाद कर के, इस बीच हम अपने समाज के गन मान्य लोगो से बात कर के घर बसाने की बात किये, जिस पर समाज के लोगो ने पहल करवाते हुए 26/03/19 को कोडरमा न्यायलय में 26 मार्च 2019 को दोनों पक्षों के बीच समझौता करवाया गया और जब लड़की के जाने की बारी आई तो मेरे साला राजू द्वारा अपनी बहन को अपना कसम खिलाया की तुम ससुराल जाएगी तो हम बर्बाद हो जायेंगे उसी के सामन से हम कमाते खाते है!

 तुम गई तो हमलोग बेघर और बेरोजगार हो जायेंगे, क्या तुम चाहती है की तुम्हारा भाई बेरोजगार हो जाए तुम्हारा जितना होगा हम पूरा करेंगे, और यह सब बोल कर मेरी पत्नी को कोर्ट से ही भगा कर घर ले गया, जिसके बाद फिर उनलोगों ने फोन कर धमकी दिया की तुमको बर्बाद कर देंगे घर का इट- इट बिकवा देंगे अभी तो तुम चक्कर में पड़े हो अगर तुम मेरी बहन को रखना चाहते हो तो हमें 5 लाख रुपया दो तब हम केस उठा कर अपनी बहन विदा करेंगे, अगर नहीं दिए तो झेलने के लिए तैयार रहना, इस तरह की धमकी से हम काफी परेशान हो गए है,

 वही मेरी पत्नी मेरे बिना रहना नहीं चाहती है और वह आये दिन हमें अपने पास ले जाने के लिए गुहार लगाते रहती है और हमें फोन कर के ले जाने की बात कहती है, परन्तु अपने माँ और भाई से डरती है और कहती है अगर हम दोनों भाग भी गए तो कोर्ट में केस रहने की वजह से जेल जाना पड़ेगा और हम आपको जेल जाने देना नहीं चाहते है, दोनों बच्चे का देख भाल फिर कौन करेगा ? मेरी पत्नी कहती है आप जो कुछ कहियेगा हम सब कुछ मामने के लिए तैयार है आपका नहीं मानेंगे तो किसका मानेंगे? हम दोनों के इतने मधुर सम्बन्ध है की दोनों एक दुसरे के बिना एक पल रहना नहीं चाहते है! पर हमारे मधुर रिश्ते में मेरा साला और मेरी सास विलेन बन कर मेरा और मेरे बच्चे के साथ मेरी पत्नी का जीवन ख़राब कर रही है! 

 हम चाहते है की मेरा घर परिवार बस जाए और हम अपने बच्चो के साथ अच्छे से जीवन व्यतीत कर सके |

Valo admitted us to Sadar Hospital Kodarma 10 march 2020, After which we were fine to do the case on March 16, the woman was not in charge in the police station, then the woman who was in the police when did we punish him, but we were fed up with the act of the police station, I did not like to hear anyone's condition, We started thinking that this woman is a slave or a slave of a man, It still scares us to go to Mahla Thana after which we again dare to apply in Kodarma Thana on 28/09/2020 and apply on 1/10/2020 but no action was taken on my application, After which, after meeting the Kodarma Superintendent of Police, the complaint was then applied to Harijan Thana on his order, then my case was filed with Section No. 22/20, But the police is not taking any legal action in my case till now, When we want to know the report of our case in Thana, the police are just suffocating us for assurance, The police ask us, give the address of the boy, then you will not catch whom, We are fed up with his such action, And even today, what will happen to the justice is sitting in wait, But the police is not listening to any of mine!

                                           We want to get justice in my case, take legal action on the people who have done wrong with me!

मेरे जीवन अब पूरी तरह तबाह हो गया है, और मै इस दुनिया में पूरी तरह अकेली हो गई हु, मेरा पूरा परिवार खुशाहाल था जब 2008 में शादी कर के मै ससुराल गई थी मेरे पति हमें बहुत प्यार करते थे इस दौरान मेरा एक लड़का 2011 में हुआ जिसका नाम हम पति पत्नी दोनों मिल कर प्रिंस कुमार (काल्पिनिक नाम) रखे,लड़का आज भी मेरे साथ है हमलोग काफी अच्छे थे की तभी एक दिन मेरे घर मेरे गाँव का एक लड़का राहुल साव मेरे ससुराल आ गया और वहा रिश्ते बढ़ाने लगा जिसके बाद उसने मेरे पति को मेरे बारे में काफी गलत सलत बता कर मेरे खुशहाल जीवन में जहर घोल दिया, जिसके बाद हम परेशान हो गए घर में झगड़ा बढ़ गया, अंतत मेरे पति हमें घर से मार पिट कर के भगा दिए जिसके बाद मै अपने मायके चली आई जहा पर काफी दिन रह गए इस इंतजार में की मेरे पति हमें लेने आये परन्तु छ माह बीत जाने के बाद भी वो हमें लेने नहीं आये, इसी बीच गाँव का ही व्यक्ति राहूल जो मेरे घर गया था (जो पहले से शादी सुदा था और दो बच्चे का पिता,) हमें छेड़ने लगा वो हमें आते जाते तंग करने लगा मेरा हाथ पकड़ लेता, तो जबरन खीच लेता, मै लोक लाज के कारन किसी से कुछ नहीं बोली, और वह हिम्मत बढ़ा कर मेरे साथ ऐसा करते गए, एक दिन हम लोन के लिए 28 अगस्त 2019 को उसके चाचा के यहाँ गए थे की तभी उसकी पत्नी मेरे साथ दिन के 11 बजे के लगभग गाली गलौज करने लगी जिसके बाद राहुल साव आया और हांथ में मंगलसूत्र और सिंदूर ले कर पुरे गाँव में चिल्ला चिल्ला कर बोल रहा था हम संगीता से शादी करेंगे उसको अपने घर में रखेंगे, देखेंगे कौन क्या करेगा,और जबरन मंगल सूत्र पहनाने का कोशिश करने लगा और उस दिन मेरा खूब बेइजती कर दिया, उस दिन हमें लग रहा था की हम उसका जान मार दे की वो मेरा इज्जत को तमाशा बना दिया, गाँव में लोग ताना देने लगे लोगो के सवालो से मै पूरी तरह घिर गए थे, और इस जिल्लत के से उबरने के लिए हम तंग आ कर अपने पिता जी के यहाँ कोलकाता 2 सितम्बर 2019 को चले गए, जिसके बाद राहुल भी मेरा पीछा करते हुए हमें 11 सितम्बर 2019 को कोलकाता में ही तब मिला जब मै अपना इलाज करवाने बेटे के साथ डाक्टर के पास जा रही थी, तभी वह हमें अचानक से पकड़ लिया और हमसे माफ़ी मांगने लगा और बोला की एक कप चाय पी लो तो हम समझेंगे की तुम हमें माफ़ कर दी, हम सोचे चाय पी लेंगे तो हमें उससे छुटकारा मिल जायेगा परन्तु वो चाय में नसीला पदार्थ मिला कर पिला दिया और हमें और मेरे बच्चे को एक कमरे में ले गया जहा पर मेरा एक वीडियो बना कर रख लिया उसके बाद हमें धमकाने लगा की अगर तुम भागी तो तुम्हारा वीडियो वायरल कर देंगे तुम्हारा बेटा को जान मार देंगे, उसके इस तरह के व्यवहार से हम पूरी तरह डर गई थी,तभी वो एक गाडी से हमें हवाई अड्डा ले गया जहा हवाई जहाज़ से हमें टीस्टा जिला कलीमपोंग पश्चिम बंगाल ले गया, जहा पर हमें वो भाड़े के कमरे में रखा था, इस बीच मेरे पिता जी इंटाली थाना में मेरे गुमसुदगी का मामला दर्ज करवाए थे, जिसके बाद मेरे पिता जी पुलिस ले कर हमें ढूढ़ते वह पहुच गए, जहा पर वो हमें दबाव दे कर ये बुलवाया की हम दोनों शादी कर लिए है, ये बात सुनते ही मेरे पापा और पुलिस वापस चली आई, जिसके बाद वो हमें विश्वास में लिया ये बोलते हुए की हम तुमसे बचपन से ही प्यार करते आये है हमें तुम्हे पाने के लिए कुछ भी कर सकते है, तब हम बोले की तुम हमें प्यार करते हो तो मेरे साथ इस तरह क्यों किया तब वो बोला की मेरे घर में इतना पढ़ा लिखा कोई नहीं है इस लिए हम तुमसे प्यार करते है, हम तुमसे इस लिए शादी करना चाहते है मेरे दोनों बच्चे का भविष्य अच्छा बने, और इसके लिए हमें कसम भी खिलाया की तुम मेरे बच्चे का भविष्य बनाएगी, वो आगे बोला की हमें तुमसे भी बच्चा चाहिए और इसके लिए हमें राज़ी कर लिया और फिर मै उससे प्रेग्नेंट हो गई, और वो हमें फिर बाद में बोला की हम पहले तुमको इज्जत दिलवा देंगे तब बच्चा चाहिए, और यह बोल कर हमें दवा खिला दिया, जिसके बाद हम बोले की आपके इस हरकत से हमें विश्वास नहीं है की आप हमें रखोगे, हम घर परिवार से बेघर हो गये है तब वो हमें विश्वास दिलाया हम तुम्हे बहुत खुश रखेंगे, जिसके बाद वो हमें यह विश्वास दिलाने के लिए हमें ले कर कोलकाता आया जहा पर कोलकाता के कोर्ट में मेरे साथ मेरेज एग्रीमेंट जनवरी 2020 में बना कर फिर हमें टीस्टा ले कर चला गया, जिसके बाद वो 8 मार्च को हमको ले कर अपने घर कोडरमा आया थे बोल कर की तुमको इज्जत दिला कर रहेंगे उसके बाद वो हमें घर ले गया जहा पर हमें उसके घर वाले हमें घर के अन्दर नहीं जाने दे रहे थे उसका भाई मेरे ऊपर पेट्रोल डाल कर जिन्दा जलाने की कोशिश किया, गया जिसके बाद काफी झगड़ा हुआ, जिसके बाद पुलिस आया तो पुलिस उलटे हमें डांटने लगा की तुम जानती थी की उसका दो बच्चा है तो तुम उसको कैसे अपने जाल में फास ली और उसका घर बर्बाद करने आई हो पुलिस हमें ही गाली दे रहा था, मै यह सब सुन कर काफी विचलित हो गई, हमें तब पता चला की मेरा सब कुछ लुट गया है, मै फिर बिलकुल अकेली हो गई, मेरा बच्चा मेरे साथ था, और जो छ माह तक रोज मेरे जीवन और सुन्दरता की दुहाई देता रहा वो एक पल में बदल गया और हमें छोड़ कर भाग गया, हम अपने ही गाँव में बिलकुल अकेली भटक रही थी, मेरे घर वाले भी हमें अपने घर में रहने नहीं दिए, तब मेरा कोई सहारा नहीं था, दुसरे दिन हम थाना में केस करने गए जहा पर कोडरमा पुलिस हमको बोला की तुम्हारा केस यहाँ दर्ज नहीं होगा तुम कोलकाता जाओ, जिसके बाद हम वापस गाँव गए जहा पर हमें कोई रखना नहीं चाह रहा था, होली का दिन था हम कहा रहे, कोई ठिकाना नहीं था, इस लिए हम पूरा दो रात अपने बच्चे के साथ सड़क पर बिताये, तभी रात में इसकी पत्नी मेरे सर पर लाठी से मार कर हमें जख्मी कर दी तो गाँव वालो ने हमें सदर अस्पताल कोडरमा 10 march 2020 को में भर्ती करवाए, जिसके बाद हम ठीक हो कर 16 मार्च को महिला थाना कोडरमा गए केस करने के लिए तब महिला थाना में थाना प्रभारी नहीं थी थाना में जो महिला पुलिस थी वो मेरी घटना सुनने के बाद उलटे मेरा बाल पकड़ कर हमें दीवाल में पटक दी और बोली तुमको शर्म नहीं आया दो बच्चे के बाप के साथ भाग कर उसके बाप का पूरा जीवन बर्बाद कर दी, और मेरे साथ काफी मार पिट की, और मेरे साथ मेरी नानी गई थी उसे भी गाली गलौज करते हुए उससे जबरन सादा पेपर पर (ठीपा) अंगूठा लगवा ली और हमसे हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए हमें हाथ में भी मारी परतु हम उसका एक नहीं सुने वो लोग बार बार हमें आत्महत्या करने के लिए उकसाने का काम कर रही थी वो लोग कह रही थी की तुमको तो शर्म से मर जाना चाहिए तुम क्यों उसके साथ ऐसा करने गई थी, जिसके बाद हमें थाना से हमें गाडी में डाल कर मेरे गाँव में सामुदायिक भवन के पास शाम के 6 बजे हमें छोड़ कर पुलिस चली गई,उस दिन हम पूरी रात टेंशन में थे हमें एक पल भी नींद नहीं आया, उन्ही लोगो का बात सुन सुन कर हम आत्महत्या करने की सोचे रहे थे, परन्तु बच्चे का चेहरा देख कर जीने को जी करता है, अब हमें थाना से नफरत सा हो गया था मै पूरा लॉक डाउन परेशान रही यह सोचते हुए की जो लड़का मेरे साथ ऐसा की उसे हम कब सजा दे परन्तु थाना का हरकत से हम तंग आ गए, थाना मेरा किसी की हालत में सुनना पसदं नहीं किया, हम ये सोचने लगे की ये महिला थाना ही या पुरुष का गुलाम, हमें महला थाना में जाने में आज भी डर लगता है जिसके बाद हम फिर हिम्मत कर के 28/09/2020 को कोडरमा थाना में आवेदन दिए और 1/10/2020 को आवेदन दिए परन्तु मेरे आवेदन पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुआ, जिसके बाद कोडरमा पुलिस अधीक्षक से मिल कर शिकायत किये तब उनके आदेश पर हरिजन थाना में आवेदन दिए तब जा कर मेरा मामला काण्ड संख्या 22/20 दर्ज किया गया, परन्तु पुलिस मेरे मामले में अब तक कोई क़ानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है, जब हम थाना में अपने केस का रिपोर्ट जानना चाहते है तो पुलिस हमें सिर्फ आश्वासन का घुट पिला रहा है, पुलिस हमें ही पूछती है लड़का का पता दो तब न पकड़ेगे ऐसे किसको पकड़ के ले आये, उनके इस तरह के हरकत से हम तंग आ गए है, और आज भी इंसाफ के इंतजार में बैठे है की कब क्या होगा, परन्तु पुलिस मेरा एक भी नहीं सुन रहा है!

हम चाहते है की मेरे इस मामले में हमें इंसाफ मिले मेरे साथ जो लोगो ने गलत किया है उस पर क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करे!
