मै मनोज कुमार उम्र 45 वर्ष पिता मेघलाल साव ग्राम भीमेडीह पोस्ट नवलशाही थाना नवलशाही जिला कोडरमा झारखण्ड का मूल निवासी हूँ | मेरे परिवार में मेरी पत्नी के साथ दो बच्चे और मेरे माता-पिता रहते है | हम ड्राइवर है, गाडी चलने का काम करते है |

 

मेरा घर परिवार खुशाल था हम चन्द रुपया ही कमाते थे जिससे घर परिवार का जीविका चल सके और अच्छे से रह रहे थे मेरे बच्चे गाँव के ही सरकारी स्कुल में पढाई करते है |

 

मेरे साथ अचानक से एक हादसा हो गया जिसका हमें तनिक भी एहसास नहीं था, की हमारे साथ ऐसा भी कुछ होगा ? मेरे घर के बगल में रहने वाले बालो साव और टेकलाल साव जो दोनों मेरे पडोसी है इन दोनों के साथ मेरा अच्छा रिश्ता था हमलोग एक थाली में खाने वाले थे परन्तु इस परिवार के साथ मेरा विवाद तब बढ़ गया जब वह घर बनाने लगा तो वह जबरन मेरे जमीन पर घर बना रहा था हम उसे मना किये बोले आप अमीन ला कर नापी करवा लीजिये जिसको ले कर हम 28 मई 2021 को नवलशाही थाना में आवेद दिए थे, और थाना वाला आ कर मना कर के गया था, परन्तु वो दोनों भाई जबरन बनाने लगे जिसे ले कर 29 मई 2021 के शाम को मेरे पिता जी उनलोगों को काम करने के लिए मना किये परन्तु वो लोग नहीं माने और गाली गलौज पर उतर आये और ईटा पत्थर चलाने लगे जिसके बाद हमलोग 29 के शाम को थाना जा कर इसकी सुचना दिए और पूरा धटना बताये, थाना वाले बोले सुबह में आ कर रुकवा देंगे | उसके बाद मेरे पिता जी साथ ही आये अन्य लोग थाना से घर चले आये 30 मई सुबह को हम घर आये जिसके बाद हम 30 मई 2021 को ही उसको पूछने गए की आप मेरे घर में गाली गलौज क्यों किया ? आपने अमीन ला कर नापी करवाने की बात की थी तो आपने क्यों नहीं किया? इतना पूछ ताछ करते ही थे की तभी महेंद्र साव टांगी से मेरे सर पर वार कर दिया हम तुरंत वही गिर गए तभी मेरी पत्नी यह देख कर चिल्लाते हुए वहा गई तो मेरी पत्नी को डालो साव रॉड से मार दिया वह भी घायल हो गर जमीन पर गिर गई, जिसके बाद मेरे पिता जी देख कर चिल्ला कर दौड़े तो उसे भी नारायण साव मार कर घायल कर दिया, मेरी बहन को भी उनलोगों ने टांगी से मार कर घायल कर दिया, जिसके बाद मेरे भांजे को मार कर उसके दाहिने हाथ का ऊँगली तोड़ दिया जिसके बाद हमें होश आया मेरे भगिना हमें और मेरी पत्नी को उठा मोटरसाइकिल से ले कर थाना ले कर आया वहा पुलिस हमें देखते ही बोला की आपको हॉस्पिटल जाना चाहिए था यहाँ क्यों आ गया, हम बोले सर जिस समय ईटा पत्थर चल रहा था उस समय हम आपको बताये तो आप नहीं आये अब ये हाल हो गया मेरा घर वाला भी आपके दरवाजे पर आया परन्तु आप नहीं सुने, हर पल का रिपोर्ट आपको दे रहे थे परन्तु आपने कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया, जिसके बाद पुलिस अपने गाडी से ले कर हमें और मेरी पत्नी को रेफरल अस्पताल डोमचांच लाया जहा पर प्राथमिक उपचार में मेरे सर पर 11 टाका लगा मेरी पत्नी को 22 टाके लगे जिसके बाद हमें और मेरी पत्नी को सदर कोडरमा भेज दिया गया, मेरे पिता जी और माँ वही पड़े रहे, उन्हें वहा से एम्बुलेंस से कोडरमा सदर ले जाया गया, वहा हमें भर्ती नहीं लिया, जिसके बाद हम पूरा परिवार पुलिस अधीक्षक के पास गए वहा पर बताये तब इंस्पेक्टर को फोन किया गया फिर हमें सदर भेज दिया गया जहा पर, पिता जी को 8 टाका लगा इस तरह हम घर वाले पूरी तरह बर्बाद हो गए थे, पुलिस हमें इंजोरी काट कर नहीं दिया था, उसी दिन शाम को इंस्पेक्टर साहब हमें और मेरे पुरे परिवार को सदर में बोले की आपलोग डोमचांच थाना आइये, हमलोग आने के हालत में नहीं थे फिर भी हिम्मत कर के डोमचांच थाना आये जहा पर नवलशाही थाना के बड़ा बाबु और विजय सिंह पुलिस भी था वहा पर हमसे पूछ ताछ किया गया, हम पूरा घटना बताये पुलिस बोला की आपके साथ बड़ा गलत हुआ जिसके बाद पुलिस हमसे आवेदन लिख कर माँगा, हम बोले सर हम अभी लिखने नहीं जानते है आप हमें वक्त दीजिए हम लिख कर देंगे, परन्तु इंस्पेक्टर मेरे ऊपर जबरन दबाव बना कर हमसे थाना में आवेदन लिखवाया, हम फिर भी बोले सर किसी मुंसी से लिखवा दीजिए हम तो सारा चीज बता रहे है परन्तु पुलिस इसके लिए तैयार नहीं हुआ, जिसके बाद एक रफ पेपर पर मुंसी चार लाइन लिख कर दिया जिसे देख कर मेरा भाई बिरेन्द्र साव उतार कर दे दिया, वह भी बोला की हम नहीं लिख पाएंगे परन्तु उसे भी जबरन पुलिस अपने सामने ही बैठ कर उसी तरह लिखवाया जिस तरह वह लिख कर दिया था, मेरा भाई लिख कर दे दिया, उस समाया हमें लग रहा था की हमें कब इंसाफ मिलेगा ? हम तो उसे बस पूछने गए थे परन्तु वह मेरे ऊपर हमला कर दिया, हमें लग रहा था की घर का पडोसी ऐसा कैसे कर सकता है हम यही सब सोच कर परेशान हो रहे थे, सदर अस्पताल में 8 दिनों तक भर्ती रहे उस समाय मेरे ससुराल के लोग हमें मदद कर रहे थे, इलाज के बाद हमें और मेरे परिवार वालो को छुटी मिला, जिसके बाद हम थाना गया तो थाना में हमसे गवाह माँगा गया हम गवाह दिए फिर भी पुलिस ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की बाद में हमें पता चला की मेरे ऊपर भी चोरी का केस दर्ज हो गया है, और उन लोगो में किसी की गिरफ़्तारी भी नहीं हुई हम पुलिस को पूछे की सर उन लोगो का गिरफ़्तारी क्यों नहीं हुआ तो पुलिस बोला की तुम गिरफ्तारी में क्यों पड़े हो पहले अपना बेल करवाओ उसके बाद कार्यवाही होगीI जिसके बाद हम थाना से निराश हो कर घर चले आये, मेर पत्नी आज भी चल फिर नहीं पा रही है, घर में कोई काम नहीं हो रहा है, घर का खाना भी दुसरे घर से हमें मिल रहा है, और मेरे खिलाफ पुरे गाँव में यह प्रचार किया जा रहा है की उसको बोलो जमीन छोड़ देगा नहीं तो एक बार माथा फाड़ कर मारे है अबर तो खत्म ही कर देंगे, देखेंगे कौन क्या करेगा? इतना मारे तो अन्दर नहीं गए अब कैसे जायेंगे मेरा कुछ नहीं होगा ?अब हमें समझ में नहीं आ रहा की कहा इंसाफ मांगे और कहा फरियाद करे इस घटना की जानकारी कोडरमा पुलिस अधीक्षक मुख्यमंत्री और अन्य आला अधिकारियो को भी दिए परन्तु कही से कुछ नहीं हुआ है हम और मेरा पूरा परिवार डरे हुए है हमें लग रहा है की हम गाँव छोड़ दे क्योकि पुलिस भी मेरा नहीं सुनता है |

 हम चाहते है की मेरे मामले में न्यायिक कार्यवाही हो और पुलिस दोषियों पर कार्यवाही करे!

Two years ago my son Santosh had bought a car for two lakh sixty thousand rupees from Prakash Yadav son Shri Etwari Yadav Nivasi Village Ghorbandha Panchayat Salaidih Police Station- Chalakusa District Hazaribagh Boloro, in exchange for which he had given fifty thousand rupees and to pay the rest of the money later. Resignation was done but after three days my son returned the car because he did not like the car.

 

My son gave the car back to him after three days and said we do not like the car, Prakash returned thirty thousand rupees immediately and asked to give twenty thousand rupees later, my son kept asking for money again and again but Prakash Yadav returned not given

 

On 5th April 2020 at 6 o'clock in the evening, my son went to Prakash Yadav's house to ask for money on his motorcycle, where both of them were heard, after which Prakash Yadav killed my son a lot by tying him with a rope to an electric pole. I am physically handicapped and unable to move. If I have to go anywhere in my house, then my family members and nearby people take us to take them. If we have to go far, we go by tricycle.
 
My incident is that a boy had a road accident in the neighborhood of my house as we heard that Raja Kumar who had a road accident could have been saved. But due to the negligence of the doctors here, he lost his life. Many people in my village were very angry about this. Medicine in every fifth house of my village house. He had only one son who was very promising and used to listen and do everything in the village house. But that too is no more. The whole village was immersed in grief due to this incident. Then a few people of the village sat on the road on 18th June for the Gharna demonstration. About 50 to 60 people were sitting on the road making social distance. All this was happening in front of my house and I was watching. We felt that people are going to make some changes today. There will be some effect of their household.
 
After some time, this protest demonstration slowly started taking the form of a crowd, the police was also present here and people were shouting slogans, it was only a matter of time that a large number of people gathered and the round of slogans became very fast. Slogans were being given that "Remove Chandramohan, save Satgaon", stop Geeta clinic, stop looting in the name of health etc. Slogans were going on. I had work in Satgaon market so I went to Basodih on my tricycle before that crowd. People were coming back and forth. I thought these people would make some changes today, the anger of the people was strong and the slogan was also loud. At that time I was doing my work in Satgaon market, the crowd was moving forward. I was watching from afar Then we came to know that some people are pelting stones on the hospital. Then I felt that something wrong would happen. I started watching for some time, then suddenly the police reached to us. After which we could tell something to the policeman that the police started pelting sticks on me too.
 
Didn't even tell us anything and beat me to inflate my body. I kept begging them a lot that I am Divyank. Why are they killing us but they did not listen to me and we were beaten up. I was tormented by pain. I had injuries in parts of my body that were more complex and break places. I was not able to bear the pain now, so immediately went to the doctor and got myself treated there, after the treatment, I came to my home. In the house, I kept crying with pain, we felt again and again that why the police killed us, we had not done any mistake then why did the CRPF jawan kill us. We were feeling guilty from inside. We were very upset. I was under mental stress for a week, people used to respect me a lot. I am fed up with so many thoughts of how I will go in front of him.
 
I feel very at peace to tell you all this. We feel that we will get justice now. All we say is that the police who have beaten us should take judicial action on that matter and we should get justice.

Daughter was hospitalized and Police broke my hand with a stick

 

I am Manoj Modi, age 52, father late Badan Modi a native of village Tilaiya post Tilaiya police station Tilaiya district Koderma, Jharkhand. My wife and my 2 children live in my family. We run a grocery shop in Tilaiya city and live happily with my family.

On May 5, 2020, at about 10 o'clock at night, I was returning home from Aryan Hospital in the city. The entire city was in lock down. Not a single person could be seen on the road. I had reached the police station by my bike only when a policeman stopped my car and asked us where you are coming from. We said, sir, he is coming from Aryan Hospital. My daughter is going to be delivered. He is admitted to bear. On hearing this, the policeman said that after fighting with liquor, he used to fight with the police, we said, sir, we have not drunk. The police said angrily to me that the liquor is coming and lying that you are coming from the hospital. I said, sir, you have a machine, so check it out. It will be clear that I have drunk or not.

  

As soon as the police spoke, the police started abusing me dirtyly and picked up sticks and started running on my entire body. We were screaming, but there was no one to hear my voice in that silence. I was groaning with pain but he abused us by abusing there. While beating, every time he would say "Drunk is coming and saying that he is coming from this hospital". The policeman did not stop even once to see the hospital slip or pass. The hand of the stick broke my hand. We were completely half dead. Blood was coming out from place to place in my body. At that time there was a feeling of silence in my mind. My family members picked us up to take them to a private clinic where I was treated. Till now I was destitute for my daughter but now I sat down with my grief. That incident caused fear in me. The government had given up emergency service but the policeman did not stop even once and saw the paper. What could I do?

 I was compelled that he was a policeman, we could do anything, we were knowing that there would be no action on that policeman, but the villagers met the Superintendent of Police and asked for his satisfaction and applied to the police station but nothing happened in this incident. I was feeling scared for a long time. We were not even talking to anyone at home and in our locality. We felt that what people would think that what happened to me or I would have made some mistake for which we were done. That's why many people were not even talking to us. My daughter came back home. I was very sad that I could not go to the hospital to see my daughter again, I met my daughter at home.

 

When I remember this incident even today, we cry. After talking to you, arouse some hope.

We have cleaned our hands a little bit.

मेरा हँसता खेलता घर मेरे साले और सास पैसे के लालच में बर्बाद कर दिया |

मै राजू विश्वकर्मा उम्र 28 वर्ष पिता स्व0 रामदेव विश्वकर्मा ग्राम डेवटन पंचायत खेरसान पोस्ट कहुवाई थाना गांवा जिला गिरिडीह झारखण्ड का मूल निवासी हु! और हम वर्तमान में मजदूरी करते है मेरा हँसता खेलता परिवार मेरे साले और सास ने बर्बाद कर दिया है | 

मेरी घटना यह है की मेरा विवाह हिन्दू रीती रिवाज से कोडरमा जिला के मरकच्चो प्रखंड के नावाडीह-2 निवासी स्व0 सरयू विश्वकर्मा की पुत्री रेखा देवी से हिन्दू रीती रिवाज से 10 फरवरी 2010 को हुआ था, शादी के बाद हम दोनों पति पत्नी खुश थे, हमारे बीच छोटी छोटी बातो पर कभी कभी नोक झोक होता था इस दौरान हमने अपने दाम्पत्य जीवन का एक लम्बा सफ़र तय किया इस बीच हमें चार बच्चे हुए जिसमे दो की मृत्यु हो गई, और दो है एक मेरी बेटी 1 पूजा कुमारी, उम्र 8 वर्ष 2 रिया कुमारी उम्र 3 वर्ष है! 

हम पूरी तरह खुशाहाल थे, और पति पत्नी बीच किसी भी तरह का कोई विवाद नहीं था, हम अपने ससुराल के पास ही अपना दूकान ग्रिल दुकान दिए हुए थे जिसमें मेरा जेनरेटर, ड्रिल,वेल्डिंग मशीन, इत्यादि के साथ पलंग, इनवर्टर, और घर का सारा सामान के साथ वही पर रह रहे थे और अपनी पत्नी को वही रख रहे थे, कुछ दिन बाद हम वहा से अपने घर चले आये इस दौरान हम अपना सारा सामान वही छोड़ आये, जिसके कुछ दिन बाद मेरी पत्नी मायके गई, जिसके बाद मै अपनी पत्नी को लाने घर गया, जहा मेरे साले राजू ने हमें अपनी पत्नी को लाने नहीं दिया, हम अपना सामान मांगे परन्तु वह सामान भी देने से इनकार कर दिया, जिसके बाद हम घर वापस आ गए घर आने के बाद हमने गाँव के लोगो से बात कर के पंचायत करने की बात कही और हमने 12 जून 2014 को एक पंचायत करवाए जिसमे दोनों परिवार को हिदायत दे कर उन्हें रजि ख़ुशी से एक साथ रहने की बात कही गई,

 और पंचायत के बाद वो फिर अपने तरफ से पंचायत कारवाई परन्तु फिर भी वो वापस नहीं आई जिसके बाद मेरे साले और मेरी सास ने मेरी पत्नी से जबरन मेरे ऊपर 498(a) के तहत कोडरमा न्यायलय में मुकदम दायर करने से पूर्व अपने वकील से वकालतन नोटिस भेज कर मुकदमा दायर किया, और इस तरह मेरे ससुराल वालो ने मेरी जिन्दगी बर्बाद करने के लिए मुकदमा किया, इसके बाद हम उनलोगों को यह बोलते रहे की आप लोग अपनी दुश्मनी के कारण मेरा घर परिवार बर्बाद कर रहे है, आपको क्या मिलेगा मेरा घर बर्बाद कर के, इस बीच हम अपने समाज के गन मान्य लोगो से बात कर के घर बसाने की बात किये, जिस पर समाज के लोगो ने पहल करवाते हुए 26/03/19 को कोडरमा न्यायलय में 26 मार्च 2019 को दोनों पक्षों के बीच समझौता करवाया गया और जब लड़की के जाने की बारी आई तो मेरे साला राजू द्वारा अपनी बहन को अपना कसम खिलाया की तुम ससुराल जाएगी तो हम बर्बाद हो जायेंगे उसी के सामन से हम कमाते खाते है!

 तुम गई तो हमलोग बेघर और बेरोजगार हो जायेंगे, क्या तुम चाहती है की तुम्हारा भाई बेरोजगार हो जाए तुम्हारा जितना होगा हम पूरा करेंगे, और यह सब बोल कर मेरी पत्नी को कोर्ट से ही भगा कर घर ले गया, जिसके बाद फिर उनलोगों ने फोन कर धमकी दिया की तुमको बर्बाद कर देंगे घर का इट- इट बिकवा देंगे अभी तो तुम चक्कर में पड़े हो अगर तुम मेरी बहन को रखना चाहते हो तो हमें 5 लाख रुपया दो तब हम केस उठा कर अपनी बहन विदा करेंगे, अगर नहीं दिए तो झेलने के लिए तैयार रहना, इस तरह की धमकी से हम काफी परेशान हो गए है,

till now, When we want to know the report of our case in Thana, the police are just suffocating us for assurance, The police ask us, give the address of the boy, then you will not catch whom, We are मैं संगीता  देवी (काल्पिनिक नाम) उम्र 28 वर्ष  थाना- कोडरमा, जिला- कोडरमा राज्य झारखंड के मूल निवासी हूं, और मै इंटर तक पढ़ी लिखी हु!

मेरे जीवन अब पूरी तरह तबाह हो गया है, और मै इस दुनिया में पूरी तरह अकेली हो गई हु, मेरा पूरा परिवार खुशाहाल था जब 2008 में शादी कर के मै ससुराल गई थी मेरे पति हमें बहुत प्यार करते थे इस दौरान मेरा एक लड़का 2011 में हुआ जिसका नाम हम पति पत्नी दोनों मिल कर प्रिंस कुमार (काल्पिनिक नाम) रखे,लड़का आज भी मेरे साथ है हमलोग काफी अच्छे थे की तभी एक दिन मेरे घर मेरे गाँव का एक लड़का राहुल साव मेरे ससुराल आ गया और वहा रिश्ते बढ़ाने लगा जिसके बाद उसने मेरे पति को मेरे बारे में काफी गलत सलत बता कर मेरे खुशहाल जीवन में जहर घोल दिया, जिसके बाद हम परेशान हो गए घर में झगड़ा बढ़ गया, अंतत मेरे पति हमें घर से मार पिट कर के भगा दिए जिसके बाद मै अपने मायके चली आई जहा पर काफी दिन रह गए इस इंतजार में की मेरे पति हमें लेने आये परन्तु छ माह बीत जाने के बाद भी वो हमें लेने नहीं आये, इसी बीच गाँव का ही व्यक्ति राहूल जो मेरे घर गया था (जो पहले से शादी सुदा था और दो बच्चे का पिता,) हमें छेड़ने लगा वो हमें आते जाते तंग करने लगा मेरा हाथ पकड़ लेता, तो जबरन खीच लेता, मै लोक लाज के कारन किसी से कुछ नहीं बोली, और वह हिम्मत बढ़ा कर मेरे साथ ऐसा करते गए, एक दिन हम लोन के लिए 28 अगस्त 2019 को उसके चाचा के यहाँ गए थे की तभी उसकी पत्नी मेरे साथ दिन के 11 बजे के लगभग गाली गलौज करने लगी जिसके बाद राहुल साव आया और हांथ में मंगलसूत्र और सिंदूर ले कर पुरे गाँव में चिल्ला चिल्ला कर बोल रहा था हम संगीता से शादी करेंगे उसको अपने घर में रखेंगे, देखेंगे कौन क्या करेगा,और जबरन मंगल सूत्र पहनाने का कोशिश करने लगा और उस दिन मेरा खूब बेइजती कर दिया, उस दिन हमें लग रहा था की हम उसका जान मार दे की वो मेरा इज्जत को तमाशा बना दिया, गाँव में लोग ताना देने लगे लोगो के सवालो से मै पूरी तरह घिर गए थे, और इस जिल्लत के से उबरने के लिए हम तंग आ कर अपने पिता जी के यहाँ कोलकाता 2 सितम्बर 2019 को चले गए, जिसके बाद राहुल भी मेरा पीछा करते हुए हमें 11 सितम्बर 2019 को कोलकाता में ही तब मिला जब मै अपना इलाज करवाने बेटे के साथ डाक्टर के पास जा रही थी, तभी वह हमें अचानक से पकड़ लिया और हमसे माफ़ी मांगने लगा और बोला की एक कप चाय पी लो तो हम समझेंगे की तुम हमें माफ़ कर दी, हम सोचे चाय पी लेंगे तो हमें उससे छुटकारा मिल जायेगा परन्तु वो चाय में नसीला पदार्थ मिला कर पिला दिया और हमें और मेरे बच्चे को एक कमरे में ले गया जहा पर मेरा एक वीडियो बना कर रख लिया उसके बाद हमें धमकाने लगा की अगर तुम भागी तो तुम्हारा वीडियो वायरल कर देंगे तुम्हारा बेटा को जान मार देंगे, उसके इस तरह के व्यवहार से हम पूरी तरह डर गई थी,तभी वो एक गाडी से हमें हवाई अड्डा ले गया जहा हवाई जहाज़ से हमें टीस्टा जिला कलीमपोंग पश्चिम बंगाल ले गया, जहा पर हमें वो भाड़े के कमरे में रखा था, इस बीच मेरे पिता जी इंटाली थाना में मेरे गुमसुदगी का मामला दर्ज करवाए थे, जिसके बाद मेरे पिता जी पुलिस ले कर हमें ढूढ़ते वह पहुच गए, जहा पर वो हमें दबाव दे कर ये बुलवाया की हम दोनों शादी कर लिए है, ये बात सुनते ही मेरे पापा और पुलिस वापस चली आई, जिसके बाद वो हमें विश्वास में लिया ये बोलते हुए की हम तुमसे बचपन से ही प्यार करते आये है हमें तुम्हे पाने के लिए कुछ भी कर सकते है, तब हम बोले की तुम हमें प्यार करते हो तो मेरे साथ इस तरह क्यों किया तब वो बोला की मेरे घर में इतना पढ़ा लिखा कोई नहीं है इस लिए हम तुमसे प्यार करते है, हम तुमसे इस लिए शादी करना चाहते है मेरे दोनों बच्चे का भविष्य अच्छा बने, और इसके लिए हमें कसम भी खिलाया की तुम मेरे बच्चे का भविष्य बनाएगी, वो आगे बोला की हमें तुमसे भी बच्चा चाहिए और इसके लिए हमें राज़ी कर लिया और फिर मै उससे प्रेग्नेंट हो गई, और वो हमें फिर बाद में बोला की हम पहले तुमको इज्जत दिलवा देंगे तब बच्चा चाहिए, और यह बोल कर हमें दवा खिला दिया, जिसके बाद हम बोले की आपके इस हरकत से हमें विश्वास नहीं है की आप हमें रखोगे, हम घर परिवार से बेघर हो गये है तब वो हमें विश्वास दिलाया हम तुम्हे बहुत खुश रखेंगे, जिसके बाद वो हमें यह विश्वास दिलाने के लिए हमें ले कर कोलकाता आया जहा पर कोलकाता के कोर्ट में मेरे साथ मेरेज एग्रीमेंट जनवरी 2020 में बना कर फिर हमें टीस्टा ले कर चला गया, जिसके बाद वो 8 मार्च को हमको ले कर अपने घर कोडरमा आया थे बोल कर की तुमको इज्जत दिला कर रहेंगे उसके बाद वो हमें घर ले गया जहा पर हमें उसके घर वाले हमें घर के अन्दर नहीं जाने दे रहे थे उसका भाई मेरे ऊपर पेट्रोल डाल कर जिन्दा जलाने की कोशिश किया, गया जिसके बाद काफी झगड़ा हुआ, जिसके बाद पुलिस आया तो पुलिस उलटे हमें डांटने लगा की तुम जानती थी की उसका दो बच्चा है तो तुम उसको कैसे अपने जाल में फास ली और उसका घर बर्बाद करने आई हो पुलिस हमें ही गाली दे रहा था, मै यह सब सुन कर काफी विचलित हो गई, हमें तब पता चला की मेरा सब कुछ लुट गया है, मै फिर बिलकुल अकेली हो गई, मेरा बच्चा मेरे साथ था, और जो छ माह तक रोज मेरे जीवन और सुन्दरता की दुहाई देता रहा वो एक पल में बदल गया और हमें छोड़ कर भाग गया, हम अपने ही गाँव में बिलकुल अकेली भटक रही थी, मेरे घर वाले भी हमें अपने घर में रहने नहीं दिए, तब मेरा कोई सहारा नहीं था, दुसरे दिन हम थाना में केस करने गए जहा पर कोडरमा पुलिस हमको बोला की तुम्हारा केस यहाँ दर्ज नहीं होगा तुम कोलकाता जाओ, जिसके बाद हम वापस गाँव गए जहा पर हमें कोई रखना नहीं चाह रहा था, होली का दिन था हम कहा रहे, कोई ठिकाना नहीं था, इस लिए हम पूरा दो रात अपने बच्चे के साथ सड़क पर बिताये, तभी रात में इसकी पत्नी मेरे सर पर लाठी से मार कर हमें जख्मी कर दी तो गाँव वालो ने हमें सदर अस्पताल कोडरमा 10 march 2020 को में भर्ती करवाए, जिसके बाद हम ठीक हो कर 16 मार्च को महिला थाना कोडरमा गए केस करने के लिए तब महिला थाना में थाना प्रभारी नहीं थी थाना में जो महिला पुलिस थी वो मेरी घटना सुनने के बाद उलटे मेरा बाल पकड़ कर हमें दीवाल में पटक दी और बोली तुमको शर्म नहीं आया दो बच्चे के बाप के साथ भाग कर उसके बाप का पूरा जीवन बर्बाद कर दी, और मेरे साथ काफी मार पिट की, और मेरे साथ मेरी नानी गई थी उसे भी गाली गलौज करते हुए उससे जबरन सादा पेपर पर (ठीपा) अंगूठा लगवा ली और हमसे हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए हमें हाथ में भी मारी परतु हम उसका एक नहीं सुने वो लोग बार बार हमें आत्महत्या करने के लिए उकसाने का काम कर रही थी वो लोग कह रही थी की तुमको तो शर्म से मर जाना चाहिए तुम क्यों उसके साथ ऐसा करने गई थी, जिसके बाद हमें थाना से हमें गाडी में डाल कर मेरे गाँव में सामुदायिक भवन के पास शाम के 6 बजे हमें छोड़ कर पुलिस चली गई,उस दिन हम पूरी रात टेंशन में थे हमें एक पल भी नींद नहीं आया, उन्ही लोगो का बात सुन सुन कर हम आत्महत्या करने की सोचे रहे थे, परन्तु बच्चे का चेहरा देख कर जीने को जी करता है, अब हमें थाना से नफरत सा हो गया था मै पूरा लॉक डाउन परेशान रही यह सोचते हुए की जो लड़का मेरे साथ ऐसा की उसे हम कब सजा दे परन्तु थाना का हरकत से हम तंग आ गए, थाना मेरा किसी की हालत में सुनना पसदं नहीं किया, हम ये सोचने लगे की ये महिला थाना ही या पुरुष का गुलाम, हमें महला थाना में जाने में आज भी डर लगता है जिसके बाद हम फिर हिम्मत कर के 28/09/2020 को कोडरमा थाना में आवेदन दिए और 1/10/2020 को आवेदन दिए परन्तु मेरे आवेदन पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुआ, जिसके बाद कोडरमा पुलिस अधीक्षक से मिल कर शिकायत किये तब उनके आदेश पर हरिजन थाना में आवेदन दिए तब जा कर मेरा मामला काण्ड संख्या 22/20 दर्ज किया गया, परन्तु पुलिस मेरे मामले में अब तक कोई क़ानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है, जब हम थाना में अपने केस का रिपोर्ट जानना चाहते है तो पुलिस हमें सिर्फ आश्वासन का घुट पिला रहा है, पुलिस हमें ही पूछती है लड़का का पता दो तब न पकड़ेगे ऐसे किसको पकड़ के ले आये, उनके इस तरह के हरकत से हम तंग आ गए है, और आज भी इंसाफ के इंतजार में बैठे है की कब क्या होगा, परन्तु पुलिस मेरा एक भी नहीं सुन रहा है!

हम चाहते है की मेरे इस मामले में हमें इंसाफ मिले मेरे साथ जो लोगो ने गलत किया है उस पर क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करे!
